Jesse Haber, MA, MEd, RCC #10248

Jesse believes that effective therapy revolves around respecting the individual, no matter where they are in their journey. He sees the whole person as one who craves balance and resilience in the face of life’s stressors. Jesse works with clients to build personal resources while tapping into strengths they already possess. By focusing on environmental and social factors, such as increasing communication skills with important people in our lives, Jesse also helps people find and develop their social strengths. Through his work, Jesse hopes he can help each person reach an individualized level of security and support in their lives.

Additional Training: EMDR level 1 & 2, Mindfulness Meditation, EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) Externship.

Jesse completed his Bachelor of Science in Psychology (B.Sc.) at the University of Northern British Columbia, and completed his Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) at Yorkville University. His ongoing interest in human relationships, attachment and interpersonal communication led him to complete a Masters in Education at Simon Fraser University focusing on Contemplative Inquiry in 2019.
